“Project” Positivity and Succeed!
Synopsis

Managing projects is an art and science. While scientific methods and processes would help the project manager to a greater extent, the “art” makes the real difference. In the current era of fast changing needs, technologies and people’s mindsets, it’s absolutely necessary for a Project Manager to “Be Positive” and “project” the positivity into the team and stakeholders. There is a wide misconception that being positive doesn’t help and it’s not practical. This presentation covers the “why” & “what” of being positive. The presentation also provides a practical guide to projecting positivity in the context of PMBOK Processes. Approaches and Action items a project manager could take has been articulated for certain processes/areas like “Develop Project Charter”, “Manage Project Team”, “Risk Management” and “Stakeholder Management”.
