Selling your idea or a view point is an everyday affair when it comes to business. Be it your team members, your stakeholders, or even your spouse, it is essential to influence to succeed in our objectives / tasks. However, we do find that we succeed sometimes, and fail sometimes.


In fact, this repeated success or failure makes us brand these people into two categories “The Good” and “The Tough”. And the crux of the whole matter to us is “What DO they want? Why can’t they see what I see? Why is it tough to get across my idea to them sometimes?!”


Most often people do something or not do something based on their decisions at the unconscious level of Mind. Values is one such thing which is at a very unconscious level.
