Mr. Sesha Sai is an accomplished Construction Project Management professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He  is working as Regional Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, a 97 year old global Real Estate services firm based out of New York, USA. During his tenure with C&W Sesha lead teams in delivering close to 7 million sft developments including 3m sft LEED Platinum / Gold certified projects.  Sesha Sai is responsible for complete delivery of projects in Bangalore. His expertise lies in strategic planning, risk management  and monitoring of projects for large corporate clients. Sesha Sai is proficient in Project Management techniques / tools and methods and shows exemplary analytical skills. 
Prior to joining C&W, Sesha worked with ITC an FMCG giant, Oriental Bank of Commerce and UTI MF in their real estate / project departments.

He is certified PMP from PMI USA, Member of  Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), has a Masters in Business Management in Finance  and  Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Topic Description:

This session will be about managing an office project of 400,000sft, covering the lessons learnt, life cycle of creating a new office facility, project phases involved, delivery models, complexities & PM tools normally used and risks management strategies.  A critical analysis of the relevant PM knowledge areas and process groups will be covered to provide a glimpse of what happens in real life scenario.
