Mr. Akshat Agrawal is a TOC professional with over 10 years of international experience in Supply Chain with expertise in Strategic Sourcing, and specializing in Theory of Constraints (TOC) implementation in Manufacturing & Multi-Projects environment.
He has immense knowledge and expertise in improving flow while implementing high touch time buffer management concepts & TOC based solution for project environment, thereby exposing capacity leading to improvement in DDP (20% to 60%) & doubling inventory turn in a major machine building company. He is currently working on TOC implementation with a major Jewellery manufacturer & retailer, with a target to achieve DDP of 90%+ and implement POOGI process to identify and remove obstacles to flow.
