During the last decades, both business and the society have undergone enormous changes. In parallel technology moved very fast & expectations from stakeholders is ever demanding. Stakeholder management is a critical component to the successful delivery of any event, project, programme or activity. To manage the demanding stakeholders, technology adoption is key driver of the success of project, event or activity.

 

A stakeholder is any individual, group or organization that can affect, be affected by, or perceived itself to be affected by a program. Stakeholder Management creates positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives and with help of emerging technology like SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) usage. Stakeholder management within businesses, organizations, or projects prepares a strategy utilizing information (or intelligence) gathered during the following common processes. 

 

The stakeholder management can apply all the industries irrespective of their location, line of Business, service or manufacturing.
