Details of various activities held by the Chapter during the month of November 2018 are as follows: 

PM Footprints: During the month three PM Footprint sessions were held.

On 15th November 2018, Mr. Anantha Natarajan, Principle consultant, PM Power consulting spoke on the topic "Software Project health- sense it". The speaker, Mr. Anantha Natarajan, spoke on an very interesting topic of ‘Software Project Health, Sense it’. He explained that a project today is more like a living organism – with attributes of “health” and its symptoms.

He spoke on Project Health framework that has 6 Vital signs (Customer Connect 15%, Goal focused team 19%, Engineering excellence 24%, Execution excellence 24%, Engaged management 10%, Continuous improvement 8%). He shared his insights, as a delivery manager, how can we use the health framework with examples on two vital signs (Customer Connect and Execution Excellence).

Saturday PM Footprints: The Chapter organized a special PM Footprints session on 24th November 2018 Saturday at 0900hrs. at Hotel Pride. Mr. Aravindan R, Director and Partner of Yushu consulting, spoke on the topic "Evolving Trends in Software Development Methodologies: Waterfall to Agile to DevOps".

During the second session, Ms. Priya Batra, Associate Director of Advisory GDS Program Execution Services, spoke on the topic "Project Management with EI - A success formula for PM".

E&C Footprints: The Footprints session of the E&C forum was held on 17th November 2018. The first talk for the day was by Mr. Shashidhar Sharma, Regional Manager, of Cushman & Wakefield. He spoke on the topic "The Changing Workplace".

During the second session, Mr. Samapth Reddy, founder of "POP-Up housing ", spoke on the topic "Modular Portable Structures using Recycled Industrial Materials".

Both the talks were well attended and received.

CAPM Training: The Chapter conducted the first CAPM training program at Welinkar Institute of management. on 17th,18th, 24th, and 25th November. 30 students of the college attended the training.

PM Enrich Program: A one day work shop on "Business Analysis" was conducted by Mr. Suresh Thiagarajan and Mr. Raja kumar Sharma, volunteers of PMI BC BA group on 24th November 2018.

PMP QUEST: The PMP QUEST training classes on PMBOK-6 edition was held on 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th November 2018.
