PMPC 2014 – Registration Payment Terms and Conditions

2. Basis of Registrations: The registrations are carried out on first-come-first-serve basis, subject to receiving the full payment for all categories of attendees, viz. Individuals, Corporate and Government.
3. Early Bird Discounts: Individual Delegates and Corporate Delegates can avail Early Bird Discounts only if the payment is received by the last date for early bird registration mentioned in the chapter web-site.
4. Payment Linked Confirmation: Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Chapter reserves complete rights to refuse attendance by unpaid attendees at the venue.
5. Payment Modes: Payments must be made using the payment modes available for each type of delegate (Individual / Government / Corporate). Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received in writing/email on or before 6.00 PM IST on November 12, 2014.  Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to   25% administration charge will be charged for the cancellations. No refund will be made in the eventuality of the event being cancelled or the published schedule changed due to natural calamities, or events beyond the control of PMI Bangalore India Chapter. Refunds will be processed only after November 23, 2014. Refunds will be made through the same source through which the payment was received.
Cancellations would be for the entire conference and pre-conference Special Programs. Requests for Partial Cancellations will not be accepted.
Corporate registration: Corporates can make the payment via Cheque/DD/Bank transfer. Payment for the Corporate registration should be made through a single cheque/transfer on or before 12th November 2014. Cheques/DDs will have to be in the favour of “PMI Bangalore India Chapter – PMPC” payable in Bangalore. Bank details will be provided on request. Such requests should be sent to, and
Other Terms and Conditions
1. The jurisdiction of any disputes will be Bangalore.
2. Registrations and Discounts are not transferable
3. Certificates will be issued online after the completion of the conference to all delegates who attended the conference. The certificates will be issued in the name registered by the delegate. It is the responsibility of the delegate to complete registration with correct and complete name with appropriate capitalization and spelling.
4. Requests for refunds and additional discounts based on any category after completion of registration will not be entertained.
