PMPC 2014 – Registration Process and Fees

PSUs and other Corporates
Organizations and Corporates including Public Sector Units who wish to sponsor and nominate their employees through direct payment to PMI Bangalore India Chapter can opt for Corporate Registration.
Employees who get reimbursed after registration are treated as Individual Delegates and must follow the fee structure and process for Individual Delegates.
Corporates will have to identify and authorize one person (Corporate Coordinator) to interact with the Chapter for all registration related processes. Registration process will be online through the registration portal of the Chapter. The authorized Corporate Coordinator will get access to the portal for completing the registration. It is the responsibility of the Corporate Coordinator to complete any and all internal formalities (ex. vendor registration) of the organization before completing registration on the Conference portal. Corporate Coordinator can transfer the registration to another employee within the organization on or before November 16, 2014. There will be no additional charges for such transfers done on or before November 16, 2014.
The details of the corporate registration fees and discounts are given below. Corporates can choose to make the payment by Cheque/Demand Draft. Cheque/Demand Draft should be payable at Bangalore in favour of “PMI Bangalore India Chapter – PMPC” and should reach Chapter within 5 days of registering on the portal.

(Payment on or before Nov. 16, 2014)
Group of 1 to 4 employees* Rs. 13,500
Group of 5 employees* and above Rs. 12,000
* The registration fee for Corporate Registration does not carry any additional discounts based on membership status of the delegate to PMI/Chapter and or based on participation by the delegate in the conferences.
