Special Program – Track 1
Transformation Leadership
Traditional outsourcing, which draws upon ‘industrialization’ has been characterized by its ability to offer cost arbitrage, focus in creating substantial additional capacity for ‘outsourced’ work, silo performance (offerings ‘verticalized’ solutions, but often missing the ‘big’ picture).
While ability of the supplier has been questioned, the buyer side of the outsourcing equation is also becoming challenging. Growing inflation, depleting margins and therefore ‘not being able to afford’ enhanced capacities makes it compelling to look at next generation of outsourcing.
In essence, ‘Traditional Outsourcing’ is morphing into ‘Transformational Outsourcing’. This new outsourcing world is compelling us to look at new paradigms: the way we view and manage our businesses.
This program Transformation Leadership is an opportunity for you to get started in this journey. And for those who already have, enhance the experience. By listening to and learning from the Masters. Practitioners who have seen it and done that.
And academicians who have distilled the essence of the Practise!
