The future of construction lies in the hands of Project Managers on how they apply the emerging technologies, innovate and achieve the sustainable development. Construction Industry will come into sharper focus now than in previous years as REITs promise to open up the real estate market to smaller investors in the coming years.
The country’s construction industry is poised for growth in the medium-to-long term on the back of higher transparency and further consolidation.
