PM Footprints:During the month two PM Footprints session were held .
On 1st February 2018, Mr. K. N. Srikanta, Vice President (Retd.) Sales and Business Development Amruthanjan Health Care Ltd., spoke on the topic “Project Managers positioning as leaders”.
On 15th February 2018, Mr. M. S. Hiremath, Independent Consultant and Project Management Professional, spoke on the topic “Stake holder analysis-using Salience Model”. Both the talks were well attended and received.
E&C PM Footprints:
The Footprints session of the E&C forum was held on 17th February 2018. Mrs. Rama Chari, Director – DEOC, Spoke on the topic “Rights of Persons with Disabilities – Mandates for Private Sector vis-à-vis Accessibility of Persons with Disabilities, Standards and Universal Design”.
During the Second session Mrs. Sobha Rani, Managing Director, Vedhik Cist consultants Pvt. Ltd., spoke on the topic “Importance of Cost Management in Emerging Real Estate Environment”.
Both the talks were well attended and received.
The PMP QUEST training classes on the newly introduced PMBOK-6 edition was held on 17th, 18th, 24th and 25th February 2018. The course content has been suitably modified to meet the PMBOK Edition-6 by the Chapter. The PMP exams based on PMBOK Edition-6 will start from 26th March 2018.
Agile Foundation Course:
The One day Agile foundation Course was also held on 24th February 2018.
PM Enrich Program:
A one day workshop on “Self discovery and leadership using Gallop Strengths based development program” was conducted by “SatysSparks” in association with the Chapter on 24th February 2018. Nearly 29 members participated in the program. This was the first PM Enrich program of the year.
