  • Worked with many industry top players such as Kirloskars in manufacturing, similarly HCL & Raffles in IT
  • Was quality consultant to many public sectors such as BHEL, BEML, EIL, MECON and private sectors such as Essar, MND during his manufacturing days
  • Extensively worked on process improvements using various models / standards such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, AS 9100, TL9000 and many other non-model based improvements by contextualizing those models to make it relevant for respective business lines
  • He is an Enterprise Agile Coach and certified under multiple flavors of agile such as SAFe Program Consultant, Lean Certified Practitioner, LeSS Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master
  • He has visited more than 500+ small, medium and large manufacturing organization for the product inspection that includes pumps, valves, gear boxes, large fabricated structures, castings, forgings etc.
  • He was also a certified welding inspector (CWI) from AWS (American Welding Society) and held Level 2 practitioner of NDT techniques such as PT, MT, UT & RT during his engineering experience
