Topic : Enabling Digital workplace to facilitate Hybrid working
Organizations started relying on digital workplace heavily due to pandemic forced virtual working. Employees found themselves extensively in virtual platforms coordinating their work with team member.
However most of the approaches adopted by organizations to facilitate digital workplace enabled working just focused on technology and lesser on other aspects of digital workplace.
This resulted in longer working hours, more time taken to find information and knowledge, social isolation etc.
Leadership failed to recognise the need to understand work complexities and facilitate appropriate adoption of digital workplaces.
The session will focus on how to leverage digital workplaces to ensure efficient and effective working.
