Shobha Regunathan is a seasoned project management professional with 25 years of corporate experience building and leading Project Management services business and teams at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield.
She runs a process and people management consulting services company, The Build ED, where she works with medium scale companies improve their efficiencies, productivity, workflow and standardise offerings to improve revenue and profits. She has a deep understanding of resource optimization and stakeholder collaboration across various industries, including construction, design and the social sector. She conducts customised training programs for corporates. She also is a Founder/ Advisory Board member of WiREnet World, a non profit association of women in real estate sector.
