Abstract
A program approach Vs a project approach - Not everyone can afford to look at including an Implementation cycle before Hiring programs are live. The rush is to get the order and get a new team starting overnight. The loss in the longterm is often unrepaired unless the sales / BD incorporates this right through the sales stages.
Background – those who see TA program engagements as a strategic project/program than a vendor empanelment/outsourcing strategy have derived more benefits
What the audience will gain from this presentation:
1. Potential of the staffing and recruitment industry – as a client, supplier, FinOps platform, Procurement and Supply chain industry, ATS and VMS (tech platform boom beyond the HRIS), BI and spend analysis for Org. strategy
2. Talent o/s industry – appreciate the evolution of “HR consultancies” into PM and outsourcing hubs, strategic inclusion in sales pitches for project delivery pitches and are no more only about finding a candidate to place and bill the client.
3. Talent pool – appreciate the type of ops and talent within the TA o/s industry which feed into the FinOps, Proj. Ops, CS and HR/TA functionality of buyer orgs., Supply chain and procurement orgs, Sales and pricing functions, Tech. innovations (platforms, integrations, ML and AI, automation)
4. Feeding the economy both sides – sellers and buyers
