1. Welcome address by the Chairman.
2. To ratify by special resolution, amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations of the PMI Bangalore India Chapter which were Proposed at the 1st Special General Meeting held on 27.09.2022.
3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
4. Vote of thanks by Member of the Board.
