About the speaker
About 22 yrs ago my path started as a Technologist in startups where I could bank on rich experiences like working closely with pre-sales, working on commercial aspects of business, customer facing roles at early stages of my career. Over time, I took on various leadership roles in Technology and Service Delivery heading Managed Client Onboarding, Digital Solutions (Services) and Data Delivery (Regulatory) Programs in Financial & Wealth Management segment. I have lead diversified portfolio of global projects with large teams having played roles of Portfolio/ Program Manager, Release Manager, Delivery Manager -Technology, Service Delivery/ Operations/ Production Support and Automation.
In 2019, I moved to the Change and Transformation Office working on strategic initiatives and enterprise wide blue chip programs. After spending 2 yrs working on Focused and Emerging Markets with the Business Operations, Sales and Account management teams prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives for country business operations, I current portfolio manage Sustainable Finance & Investments and Focused market entity setup segment.
I am an avid advocate of Inclusion, Diversity and collaboration and co-lead the LSEG Women Network Asia and Bangalore Chapter. “Be Curious and Explore” is My Mantra!
