Abstract
Emotional intelligence involves using individual ‘s emotions intelligently to harness the power of many working with him/her, to achieve the desired objectives. In case of project management the project manager is required to accomplish the completion the project successfully in time , within budget and with required quality.
This is to recognize / regulate emotions in our selves and others emotions , so that no emotional break down happens in while working on the project causing communication issues, interpersonal issues, conflicts, in the team causing poor performance of team working..
