Kindly take NOTICE that Special General Meeting of PMI Bangalore India Chapter will be held for the purposes mentioned in the Agenda as follows:
Date: 27 th September 2022 | Time: 7 PM | Venue: Online.
Agenda
1. Welcome address by the Chairman.
2. To consider and approve, by special resolution, amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations of the PMI Bangalore India Chapter as proposed and detailed in Annexure A and B herein.
3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
4. Vote of thanks by Member of the Board.
If there is no quorum at the above scheduled time, the meeting shall be adjourned and reconvened after 30 minutes on the same day, at the same place and at such meeting the business on the Agenda will be transacted, whether there is quorum or not.
