Abstract
Cultural bias affects everyone, especially when working as an expatriate in a foreign country. Perception of such bias, and errors arising from these bias, can directly affect the successful implementation of a project, especially in a foreign country. To be able to cross these hurdles, a person must unlearn and relearn processes and management styles to be fully compatible.
